More Information & Activity
The most famous tour included fun activities such as elephant riding, skiff rafting down rivers. The routes are usually designed to take in several of the different hill tribe villages, with several of these unique and colorful ethnic minority groups. They include the Hmong, Karen, Mein, Lisu, Akha and Paduang. These groups have migrated into the area over the past 100 years from the Asian interior, bringing with them unusual dress, language and customs. The hill tribes prefer to isolate themselves from mainstream Thai culture, retaining their roots and innocence, and they conduct a simple rural life, often at a subsistence level. Most of them prefer to live in mountainous terrain (above 1,000m) and cultivate hillside crops. You will get to stay in their villages and interact with them, eating their food and learning about their lives.

Leave from Chiang Mai to the north<Mae Tang area> with truck.
First stop at Shan<hill tribe>’s Elephant camp where you can play with baby elephant and enjoy with elephant riding though the jungle for 1 hour.
Get on truck to start trek point<Akha village>, walk to look around the lifestyle of hill tribe people for 20 minutes.
After lunch we will walk about 1 hour pass the field to the jungle where we can swim at the waterfall in the jungle which is non tourist area.
Then we will walk back about 1 hour to the rafting camp.
You will take the white water rafting along the river about 1 hour and will be continue with bamboo rafting about 20 minutes
